ISpell 1.1

ISpell is a multiplatform spelling checker utility that can be used with several applications. This version is fully functional and can be used with AbiWord, MikTeX, LaTeX, TxtEdit, Quiz, QuizPro, UniRed and some other text applications. ISpell also works with dictionaries. In addition, ISpell can be used for editing dictionaries.

To install this application, you need to have the Windows installer in your system. The Windows Installer Engine-INSTMSIA.exe is required to run the installation process onder Windows OS. Any folder can be selected for installation. To uninstall it, you choose Start, the software, and the Uninstall option. You will need to delete any runtime data left manually. For additional languages, the same folder as for installation should be used.

ISpell is available in the following languages: Belarusian, Bulgarian, Catalan, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Esperanto, Estonian, Finnish, French, Galician, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Latin, Lithuanian, Maltese, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish, Tartar and Ukrainian. Different character sets are supported by the additional UserDicEditor.

ISpell and its dictionaries do not occupy much disk space - 0.4 MB is required to install this software and 1 to 6 MB for individual languages. The software is free and available for distribution.
